Penina Eichler, Founder and President:
Penina Eichler, President of
Organizational Solutions, a Long Island based Human Resources
consulting firm, advises her clients in all aspects of human
resources, with an emphasis on implementing programs that
increase performance, efficiency and profitability. Her work
encompasses the development and administration of benefit plans,
performance evaluations, and employee relations. She also
facilitates the implementation of exciting programs that produce

Penina, a licensed financial advisor,
regularly conducts educational seminars underscoring the value
and importance of retirement planning.
Penina graduated Brooklyn College of the
City University of New York where she earned a Bachelor of
Science degree in Business, Management and Finance.
Additionally, Penina is a licensed Life, Accident and Health
Insurance agent, SEC Series 7, 55 and 63 certified, and a member
of the Society of Human Resources Management.
